Design Features:

  • Length of the machine:The length of the machine will be of 30ft apporx.
  • Construction of the frame:The frame of the machine is made from channels. The chain on the upper and lower side is also supported by channels.
  • Gear Box:The machine has totally enclosed gear box with 4 speed change system having case hardened gears.
  • Drawing Carriages & Die Block:The machine will be provided with a drawing carriage and a die head block for single drawing.
  • Carriage Back Mechanism:An automatic carriage back mechanism will be provided with the machine.
  • Coolant Pump:For all the models RK/1/170 coolant pump is used.
