Circular threaded coupling connectors, as the name suggests are connectors which mate using a threaded arrangement. These connectors are made in accordance to Defence Standard Joint Services Specification JSS 50812, which is a derivation of the MIL-C-5015, USA Military specifications. Initially designed for military applications, but currently they find wide application in the industries due to their strength and reliability.
The shell is made of aluminium, making them rugged and light weight, having a life of at least 500 mating cycles. Olive drab coating gives the connectors excellent corrosion resistance. The insulators are made of high grades of Polychloroprene, which resilient to environmental conditions for a wide temperature range of -55C to +125C. Various accessories increases the areas of application of the connectors and numerous contact arrangements can provide for all the needs of the customer.

Reverse Bayonet Coupling connectors, are an improvement on the standard MIL-C-5015 connectors. The bayonet coupling arrangement provide for easy mating and unmating of the connectors, requiring only 120 rotation. This arrangement also provides for excellent vibration proof connection. Positive coupling is indicated by an audible snap. These connectors are intermateable with VG95234 and 121B Series connectors.
