Electric Screw Press is a kind of pressure forming equipment that being driven by hydrostatic screw, nut, and hydrostatic bearing, ding vertical motion by screw rotation, the nut assists drive the slider. When the equipment is in operation, the lubrication system will inject lubricating oil from upper part of beam, through the hydrostatic bearing into the cylinder block, giving continuous lubrication to the screw rod, nut. so that forming the oil film between the transmission structure, generally reduce the friction caused by the transmission. Fully sealed structure not only effectively isolated from the outside dust, but also the cylinder block of the slide block act as a cylindrical guide rail with four L shaped guide rails for the column, make the up and down movement of the slider positioning, orientation better, protect the inner screw and nut from radial force when rotating, the service life of screw and nut can be increased 3-4 times, greatly reduce the equipments maintenance and maintenance cost. and the appearance of clean equipment, energy saving and environmental protection, short transmission chain, small noise.
