Procedures

Buyer issues ICPO, sign IMFPA/NCND and send his profile along with copy of his passport.
Seller issues FCO.
Buyer signs FCO returns.
Seller issues draft contract opened for amendments and send to Buyer.
Buyer and Seller sign the contract in Chile during the visit to the Mine and facilities.
Buyer issues pre-advised DLC for seller's approval.
Buyer and Seller approve pre-advised DLC and PB2%
Buyer issues a non-operative DLC to become operative with PB 2%
Seller issues an operative PB which makes the DLC operative.
Buyer issues the Irrevocable, Divisible DLC.
From the receipt of the DLC, the period of 60 days to delivery begins to run.
Inspection at loading port by SGS, payable by seller.

Payment

Payment at sight 100% with presentation of full set of shipment documents at loading port and SGS analysis report.
The BG/SBLC is a guarantee of fulfillment of the contract, covering the amount of one (1) month shipment, will have a validity of one year and 30 days, and is subject to the subsequent acceptance of the seller.
Inspection : SGS or equivalent done by exporter (Seller) at loading port.
