Grains :
- 2.1. Soy : They are Grains of Any Cultivar of Glycine Max Legumes (l) Merril.
- 2.2. Humidity : Percentage of Water Found in the Sample in Its Original State. 2.3. and Foreign Matter, or Impurities any Material Which Leaks Through Sieves, Having the Following Characteristics:
- Sheet Thickness: 0.8 Mm;
- Number of Holes: 400/100 Cm²;
- Diameter of Hole: 3.0 Mm or It is Retained, But is Not Soybeans, Including Pod Threshing Not.
- 2.3.1. : The Bark of the Soybean (film) Retained in the Sieve is Not Considered An Impurity.
- 2.4. Damaged : Grains or Pieces of Burning Grains, Sprouted, Immature, Hollow, Moldy or Damaged. Beans with Wrinkled Bark or Change in Color, Full Physiological Development, Only Not Considered Damaged if the Pulp is Changed.
- 2.4.1. Flamed : Grains or Pieces of Grains By the Action of Heat And, or Moisture, are Visibly Fermented, with Brownish or Dark Outside and Inside.
- 2.4.2. Sprouted : Grains Showing Signs of Germination or Germinated.
- 2.4.3. Immature : Grains or Pieces of Unripe Grains, Because They have Not Reached Their Full Development.
- 2.4.4. Chochos : Grains Shriveled and Atrophied.
- 2.4.5. Moldy : Grains or Pieces of Grains Visibly Affected By Fungus.
- 2.4.6. Damaged : Grains or Grain Pieces and Attacked By Pests, or Disease, Affected By Improper Drying Processes or for Any other Reason.

3. Classification :

- 3.2. Disqualification
- It Will Be Disqualified to Soybeans that Have:
- 3.2.1. Poor Condition;
- 3.2.2. General Appearance of Mold and Fermented;
- 3.2.3. Accented Strange Odor (acid or Sour) of Any Kind, Making Improper and Damaging Normal Use;
- 3.2.4. Castor Berries or other Poisonous Seeds
- 3.2.4.1. in the Case Referred to in this Item, the Reprocessing of the Product Will Be Admitted to the New Guidelines.
- 3.2.5. in the Classification Certificate the Reasons that Led to the Disqualification Shall Be Declared.
4. Sampling :
- 4.1. the Removal or Extraction of Samples Will Be Done According to the Regulations.
- 4.1.1. in Soybean Bagged Samples are Taken By Drilling or Liming At Least 10% of the Lot. the Bags are Chosen At Random, Always Representing Your Average Expression, At a Minimum Rate of 30 Grams per Bag.

- 4.1.2.1. in Soybean Transported in Bulk Sample Will Be Far in Five Different Points of the Vehicle Taking Up At Least Three Kilograms of the Product.
- 4.1.2.2. Soybeans Stored in Bulk, Will Be Removed 40 Kg for Each Series of 500 Tons or Fraction.
- 4.1.3. the Extracted Samples are Homogenized, Reduced and Packed in Waterproof Bags or other Material that Gives It Stability Identical in Three or More Lanes, Weighing a Kilogram Each, One Intended to Interested and Two to the Classifier Body. the Remainder Will Be Returned to the Owner.
- 4.1.4. the Weight of the Sample to Be Classified is At Least 250 Grams.
5. Operating Sequence :

- They Will Be Determined in the Sample Free of Foreign Matter And, Or, Impurities and Damaged, Determined By Sieve Specified in Item 2.3.
6. Packing :
- 6.1. Soybeans Should Be Wrapped in Burlap Sack or other Material that Confers Protection, Security and Safety of Product Quality.
- 6.1.1. Packages Must Be Clean and Resistant.
- 6.1.2. the Capacity of the Bag Should Be 50 Kilograms of Product Weight.
7. Classification Certificate :
- 7.1. Classification Certificates Shall Be Issued By the Rating Agency Official, Duly Accredited By the Ministry of Agriculture in Official Form and in Accordance with the Legislation in Force.
- 7.1.1. in the Case of Soy Different Vintages, Prevail the Oldest Harvest, According to Existing Vouchers.
- 7.2. Classification Certificates Will Be Valid for a Period of 120 Days from the Date of Issue.
8. General Provisions :
