Filtration technology utilizing sintered metal media provides excellent performance for separation of particulate matter from either liquid or gas process streams (i.e. liquid / solids and gas / solid separation) in numerous industrial liquid and gas filtration applications. Sintered metal filter media, fabricated from either metal fibers or metal powders into filtration elements, are widely used them in the chemical process, petrochemical and power generation industries. Applications require particulate removal to protect downstream equipment, for product separation or to meet environmental regulations.
Dust collection system Dust collectors are used in many processes to either recover valuable granular solid or powder from process streams, or to remove granular solid pollutants from exhaust gases prior to venting to the atmosphere. Dust collection is an online process for collecting any process-generated dust from the source point on a continuous basis. Dust collectors may be of single unit construction, or a collection of devices used to separate particulate matter from the process air. They are often used as an air pollution control device to maintain or improve air quality. Dust collection Filter Cartridge Cartridge collectors use perforated metal cartridges that contain a pleated, nonwoven filtering media, as opposed to woven or felt bags used in bag houses. The pleated design allows for a greater total filtering surface area than in a conventional bag of the same diameter, the greater filtering area results in a reduced air to media ratio, pressure drop, and overall collector size. Oil adsorption filter cartridges have been specifically developed and manufactured for the high efficiency removal of dissolved & dispersed oils from water within the gas & oil production industries, marine bilge and ballast water treatment systems, contaminated surface water run off & other industrial process industries. The material of Filter media of this cartridge contains modified cellulose. This filter media will remove upto 95% of total hydrocarbon elements from water in just a single pass. Dissolved oil, emulsions & dispersed droplets are also adsorbed and retained from water by filter media.
