To overcome complexities of the temperature and chemical compatibility limitations of Synthetic Fabric Media and of Fabric The Stainless Steel Filter Cartridges are designed. They offer very High Temperature Resistance and are capable of withstanding High Differential Pressure. There is a option of making SS Filter Cartridges in Cylindrical or Pleated form to increase filtration area. SS Filter cartridge generally supported with coarser filter media so as to see that no direct damages occurs to the main filter media. These elements can be reused and backwash due to SS material.
Our company offers a wide range of gas filtration systems for removal of dirt, dust, rust, condensates, moisture contents, oil impurities etc. Filter elements are made of varieties of selective fiber media to achieve the desired filtration level.
Gas Filters are also available in customized design & capacity to meet particular process parameters.
Gas Filters are further classified in three different categories such as Particle removal filter (for removal of dirt, dust, rust & other metal particles up to 1 micron), High efficiency filter (for removal of oil & moisture contents and fine particles up to 0.01 micron) and Carbon filter (for removal of oil vapour, taste & odour) which offer High flow rate, Low pressure-drop due to pleated configuration, High efficiency due to surface filtration, Reduction in downtime & maintenance and above all they are Easy to install & remove.
