It gives a heavy duty elastomeric water proof coating on new and existing surfaces. features:-easy to apply and non toxicforms a thick film on drying which is elastomeric in naturehighly effective for positive & negative sides of hydrostatic pressurenon shrinkable and prevents cracking, fungushighly water impermeable and enhances durability of concrete surfacesstrong adhesion with all cementitious surfacesno water curing is required after application area of application:-terrace water proofingwater tanks, swimming poolssloping roofs & chajjasbasements, plastered masonry and external walls directions for use:-clean the surface thoroughly by wire brush and wash with water. The surface should be free of oil, grease, fungus etc., before applicationmix 1 kg plus seal powder with 400 ml of water. The slurry is now ready for applicationplus seal can be applied to the surfaces in two coats by brush. Average thickness of each coating should not be more than 0.8 to 1mm.After applying 1st coat, the 2nd coat should be applied after a gap of 2 hoursavoid application of plus seal under direct sun light. This is to ensure that the water does not evaporate fast.
