Terrace Water Proof Coating

“plus seal” is cement based, polymer modified water proofing coating for concrete and masonry surfaces.“plus seal” is available as a dry powder in grey colour and is to be mixed with water before use. It gives a heavy duty elastomeric water proof coating on new and existing surfaces.

directions for use:-
clean the surface thoroughly by wire brush and wash with water. The surface should be free of oil, grease, fungus etc., before application
mix 1 kg plus seal powder with 400 ml of water. The slurry is now ready for application
plus seal can be applied to the surfaces in two coats by brush. Average thickness of each coating should not be more than 0.8 to 1mm.
After applying 1st coat, the 2nd coat should be applied after a gap of 2 hours
avoid application of plus seal under direct sun light. This is to ensure that the water does not evaporate fast.
