recommended steeping: 3-4 mins at 90-100 °c
method:
heat fresh water (spring water is best). Pre-warm the cup with hot water. Put one teaspoon (approx. 2 gm) of tea leaves in the pot. Pour the hot water into the pot & cover lid. Allow the tea to steep for 3~5 minutes (depending upon the required strength). Strain the tea into cup (add sugar/milk/lemon if required), examine the liquor, feel the aroma, enjoy your tea.
