Fluidized bed dryer (FBD) is well known and widely used equipment in pharmaceutical manufacturing. It is used in granulation process for drying the material to get desired moisture content in the tablet formulation granules.

  • It is most suitable for drying granulator, crytalline, coarse or similar material.
  • It is designed to dry phramaceutical, fine chemicals, dyes, food and allied products.
  • The non flameproof blower motor is available.
  • It is requires less floor space compare to tray dryer.

Tray Drier Machine

Tray Dryer Machinesare a type of powder dryer machines that are commonly used in cases where quantity of moisture in the product is more and the materials have to be dried at a low temperature for long duration. Our company provides tray dryers in a range of different number of trays, according to the requirement of the product and the industry. Tray dryers can be steam and electrically heated.

Operation:Air Circulation: Air circulation is done by specially designed recirculation blowers inside the dryer. The blower capacity, static & design depends on the size and model of dryer.

Heating:Dryers are normally supplied with either steam/electric/thermic fluid/hot water heating system. Suitable heating coils/calorifiers/controlling unit are provided in the dryers.

Temperature Control:Temp control system is done by electronic digital temp controller fitted in the control panel. The temp control in the dryer is fully automatic.
