The Inspection Table is basically Quality Control Unit provided for visual inspection of filled and sealed bottles before the labelling operation. By the visual inspection the emphasis is on checking the following aspects, depending on individuals requirements.
a) Foreign Particles In case of transparent liquids only.b) Damaged seals on the bottle.c) Cracked bottles.d) Large volume variations.
An S.S. belt provided on the center of the table brings in the bottles, which automatically bifurcates the path of bottles in two channels for two operators sitting on opposite sides. There is sufficient space provided for collection of bottles for inspection. The inspected bottles are kept back on moving belt in the center and these are further transported to the labeling machine.Main drive 0.5 H.P. motor 440 volts.
