IOTA Ci4208 is a premium machine typically designed to cater to Research and Development sections of the pharmaceutical companies. This Single Rotary Tableting Machine confirms to the cGMP norms and is packed with all desired features required by the scientists of today. To meet all the international standards the machine is equipped with features like Supervisory Control and Data Accusation System (SCADA). It can also be provided as PLC controlled machine with limited features.
While designing the machine all the major facets like operator safety, ease of operation and cleaning, minimum changeover time for tool and product were taken into consideration.

Used to granulate tablet slugs and pellets. Two power drive rollers with teeth force material against breaking combs. Special design results in low proportion of power. When using hard slugs, from 2 to 2.5 mm thick, the following granulation will be obtained, 45% 16 mesh, 25% 24 mesh, 10% 70 mesh, 20% powder. The dry granulator is suitable for screwing on all main drive units
This machine is used in the preparation of ointments, salves, pastes, doughs and similar products. The hourly production is from 2 Kg. To 12 Kg. depends upon the consistency of the material. The rolling action is produced by three hard stainless steel rollers, which are 110 mm long, and 50 mm diameter. The two outer rollers are spring supported to eliminate the possibility of damage to the rollers or to the operating mechanism. Space between rollers is regulated by turning one thumbscrew. This machine is equipped with an oscillating rotor suitable to manufacture wet granulates of various granule sizes. Sieves are easily interchangeable. Rotor, sieve and all parts coming into contact with the materials are constructed of stainless steel. Each apparatus is supplied with one sieve each of 1.0 and 1.6 mm mesh size.
The following mesh sizes are available for the wet granulator type WGS on request. 0.315, 0.63, 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.15 mm. The capacity of the machine depends on the material and the mesh sizes of the sieve and is maximum 20-25 Kg*. per hour. The wet granulator is suitable for screwing on main Motor drive. The output depends on the material and the mesh size of the screen.
Vacuum tablet press loading systems are furnished as complete, ready-to-operate systems for mounting on customers presses. Available for single or dual hopper tablet presses
The loader eliminates manual scooping of product and messy dumping or mishandling. Draw material directly from drums, boxes, storage containers, process vessels.Thus Vacuum Loading reduces the manual labor intensity, to eliminate the dust pollution to ensure the production line with GMP.
