Our Products
We offer the best product range of Tube Oil Cooler, Inter-Coolers & After Coolers, Oil Cooler, Hydraulic Oil Coolers and Air Coolers.
Inter-Coolers & After Coolers are used for cooling of airgas which gets heated up during the different stages of compression of airgas.
Oil Cooler Tubes depending upon the type of cooling water available. We also have data regarding the various Oil Coolers supplied with various Gear Boxes from gear Box.
Hydraulic Oil Coolers Due to the frequent usage of the clamping mechanisms the oil gets heated up, which is cooled by the Hydraulic Oil Cooler. so that other piping attachments do not get disturbed. Photographs of the one of such Oil Cooler manufactured by us for Hydraulic Systems from France, is shown below.

Air Coolers This results in a huge size of Heat Exchanger. To overcome the Huge Size requirement, area available on AirGas side is enhanced with help of External Fins. The basic idea is to provide a very large heat transfer area in a relatively small area.
Our company is a chief Manufacturer, Exporter & Supplier of Hydraulic Oil Cooler. The oil that gets heated up by the clamping mechanismsis cooled by the Hydraulic Oil Cooler. The Hydraulic Oil Cooler manufactured by us is best suited for Injection Moulding machines manufactured by M/S Polymech Plast Machines Ltd, Filacron Micron Ltd, (Formerly Cincinatti Ltd), DGP Windsor Ltd, L&T, etc. We design the Hydraulic Oil Cooler as per the needs of the customers using Carbon Steel and Copper Tubes. The oil used in the Hydraulic Oil Cooler is of 46 grade.

Our company is enagaged in manufacturing, exporting & supplying of Air Fin Coolers. Air Fin Coolers is used to exchange the Heat between Air/Gas on one side & Air/Gas/liquid on other side. We use External Fins in the Air Fin Coolers to increase the heat transfer area. The fins are selected on the basis of parameters like fouling nature of the air/gas, air/gas to be cooled, available area, etc. The common types of fins are :
