Steering Cross Assembly

We offer high quality Steering Cross Assembly, which is an important component in steering mechanism of the four wheelers. This is a small joint where Universal Joint Cross is fitted at the centre and both side Yokes with Fine/Coarse serration are there which are steering shafts. It excellently supports the steering wheel. These are made from fine grain alloy steel for unequalled strength. Our Steering Cross Assembly is scientifically heat treated in a carburizing process that produces bearing quality case, which is hardened to a uniform depth for strength & durability. The cup face & outer diameter are precision grinded for precise lock up tolerance & fit to yoke ear dimensions. Seals are made of rubber for optimal grease retention and contaminant exclusion. The lubrication grooves features a 360 degree pattern which assures that grease penetrates around the entire circumference of the journal and between all needle bearings.

Tie Rod Ends

Our Tie Rod Ends are a part of the steering mechanism in a vehicle. It is a slender structural rod that is used as a tie and is capable of carrying tensile loads only. Our efficient tie rod transmits force from the steering centre link or the rack gear to the steering knuckle. It causes the wheel to turn. The outer tie rod end connects with an adjusting sleeve, which allows the length of the tie rod to be adjustable. This adjustment is used to set a vehicles alignment angle. These are forged from fine grain alloy steel for unequalled strength. The Tie Rod Ends are ideal to handle transfer of motion with angular misalignment reciprocating oscillation and full rotation. For economical maintenance repairable kit type Tie Rod Ends are also manufactured. High temperature graphite molly grease is used for providing superior friction reduction & higher temperature resistance.
