Universal Joint Cross

Our Universal Joint Cross is an all metal coupling between 2 Shafts, allowing for radial and axial misalignment and simultaneously transmitting torque, even at variable speeds. It is scientifically heat treated in a carburizing process that produces bearing quality case hardened to a uniform depth for strength & durability. The cup face & outer diameter are precision grinded for precise lock up tolerance & fit to yoke ear dimensions The lubrication grooves features a 360 degree pattern which assures that grease penetrates around the entire circumference of the journal and between all needle bearings. Bearing Cups are pre-lubricated for longer life with synthetic lithium based multipurpose grease, providing superior friction reduction & higher temperature resistance.
