Bottle Filling Machine

p.l.c. Controlled electronic panel operates the liquid filling pump and desire volume from 5ml as per the viscosity of the prouct to control foam.
electronic controlled panel synchronizes all the automatic function of the liquid filling machine and screw capping machine.
pneumatically operated positive nozzle shut - off system prevents the dripping of the product at the end of the nozzle tip.
bottle nack centering system holds the bottle neck during inserting of the diving nozzles.
no bottle no filling system operated through bottle detector sensors
vibratory bowl supplies cap to the bottle neck through capping chute.
bottle indexing system moves the bottle under the screw capping head. Capping jaw holds the cap and capping it with sufficient torque. Capping jaw holds the cap and capping it with sufficient torque. Capping torque is adjustable to get proper capping.
