MANUAL INSPECTION MACHINE

The conveyor belt brings the bottle from the Washing / capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts (If two seated) & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn visually inspect the bottles on magnifying dome to check for any partials in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle, and if found any problem manually reject the container. Rapid Mixer Granulator

Cylindrical mid portion and conical top portion for efficient mixing operation & provided with counter balanced lid. Lid provided with vents, view ports & charging openings.

The impeller is designed to provide mixing at the bottom and at the centre of the bowl and is driven through a specially designed bearing housing that facilities inside wash facility for quick change over and also prevents leakage of powder from bottom entry and leads to longer life of gear box.

The discharge port is mounted horizontally into the bowl with vertical downward opening. The opening is operated by pneumatic cylinder and discharged can be regulated for required opening.

Automatic Counting Machine

A unique machine to count &fill tablet capsule in plastic glass bottles in bulk quantity. Counting disc gives promised capacity of fill. Each disc is designed and manufactured to count coated uncoated tablets, hard or soft capsule. AIR - JET CLEANING MACHINE

Automatic Air Jet Cleaning Machine inbuilt Un-scrambler of 30" Dia. is a compact unit used for cleaning of Dry Syrup bottles before filling.

This machine works on a principle of back pressure of Bottle which will be fed by the un-scrambler to reach separator assembly, which transfer the Bottle on conveyor belt and pushes bottle to the cleaning section one after another. Machine consists of two inverters and one cleaning section. Bottle will be pushed by rotating separator towards the infeed inverter, which makes the Bottle in the inverted neck side down direction and push it to cleaning section through back pressure of other Bottle. Cleaning section is equipped with continuous vacuum system. Bottle reaches to the cleaning section, a pair of nozzle starts to flush the air inside the neck of the Bottle and simultaneously vacuum will suck the particle, disturbed by the air. Then Bottle passes to another inverter, where changes the direction to the right direction, further Bottle moves either to the filling machine.

Oscillating Granulator

The machine is HORIZANTAL TYPE & VERTICAL TYPE granulating system. The machine will be a gmp model. The machine is complete in all respects and fitted with T.E.F.C. motor. Standard reduction box and a starter. The body of the machine is "L" shaped fabricated structure and fitted with castor wheels for ease and mobility. Model 8" & 12" are vertical models whereas 6" & 10" model is horizontal model. The difference between vertical model and horizontal model is that in vertical model the oscillation is done by a gear mechanism and a vertical shaft is suspended from the top and a propeller type grinder blade moves in oscillating motion and material is pushed through the mesh to get the output of desired mesh size.

In horizontal model there are diamond shaped blades horizontally fitted and driven by a gear box through gear mechanism to give oscillating motion.

Hopper, the stirrers, sieves and all other parts that come in contact with the material to be granulated are made out of stainless steel.

A simple and positive arrangement of holding and tensioning of the screen is provided. The arrangement is such that the screen remains stretched throughout the operation and very close and uniform gap is maintained constantly. Thus it produces better quality of granules and reduces excessive wear on both stirrer and the mesh.

All the parts working on the materials being granulated can be easily and quickly dismantled for thorough cleaning without the use of spanners. Separate stirrers for dry and wet granulation are provided and they are so designed that the efficiency of granulation process is optimized in each case. The stirrers can also be replaced quickly and easily.

Octagonal Blender

Octagonal blender is a very precision machine, performing dry blending of powder or granules in only 10 to 30 minutes. This machine is utilized for mainly homogenizing, blending and also for granules lubrication as that facilitates better flow ability at a tablet press while compressing this granules.

The container is brought close to the blender on special trolley having lifting arrangement. This lifting pallet ensures that the container is lifted and is aligned with the transition piece fixed with the blender outlet butterfly valve. This transition piece mouth is clamped with the outer periphery of the container using special type of clamps. Now after clamping the container (100 lits) the blender is inched till the container is vertically inverted over the blender. Now once the container reaches upward inverted position, the butterfly valve is made to open by special hand wheel so that entire content of the container gets unloaded into the blender. Once it becomes empty, the valve is closed and container is brought again downward by rotating the blender again by 180oC and another container is fixed and raised and in similar way and this way entire powder content is unloaded. By this method material is loaded in batches of 50 kg each.

PASTE MANUFACTURING KETTLE

Paste preparation kettle is a semi-hemispherical jacketed bowl having two shaft extensions exactly opposite, which are fixed in Plummer block bearings. This jacketed bowl has connections for steam inlet / drain and also for steam pressure. When electric heating is to be used this jacket is filled with oil and that is heated by electric heater dipped inside the jacket.

Depending upon the user requirement, paste preparation kettle has anchor or stirrer for stirring. On the shaft extension of the kettle, there is a worm and worm wheel which is turned for rotation of the paste kettle when someone wants to empty the kettle.

Water is put inside the paste kettle bowl for heating and after it gets heated, starch or other binders are added to make a binder or paste. This paste is to be then used for wet granulation process in equipments like High shear mixers (RMG) or in Fluid bed granulators.

Automatic Air Jet Cleaning Machine inbuilt Un-scrambler of 30" Dia. is a compact unit used for cleaning of Dry Syrup bottles before filling.

This machine works on a principle of back pressure of Bottle which will be fed by the un-scrambler to reach separator assembly, which transfer the Bottle on conveyor belt and pushes bottle to the cleaning section one after another. Oscillating Granulator

The machine is HORIZANTAL TYPE & VERTICAL TYPE granulating system. The machine will be a gmp model. The machine is complete in all respects and fitted with T.E.F.C. motor. Standard reduction box and a starter. The body of the machine is "L" shaped fabricated structure and fitted with castor wheels for ease and mobility. Model 8" & 12" are vertical models whereas 6" & 10" model is horizontal model. The difference between vertical model and horizontal model is that in vertical model the oscillation is done by a gear mechanism and a vertical shaft is suspended from the top and a propeller type grinder blade moves in oscillating motion and material is pushed through the mesh to get the output of desired mesh size.

In horizontal model there are diamond shaped blades horizontally fitted and driven by a gear box through gear mechanism to give oscillating motion.

Hopper, the stirrers, sieves and all other parts that come in contact with the material to be granulated are made out of stainless steel.

A simple and positive arrangement of holding and tensioning of the screen is provided. The arrangement is such that the screen remains stretched throughout the operation and very close and uniform gap is maintained constantly. Thus it produces better quality of granules and reduces excessive wear on both stirrer and the mesh.

All the parts working on the materials being granulated can be easily and quickly dismantled for thorough cleaning without the use of spanners. Separate stirrers for dry and wet granulation are provided and they are so designed that the efficiency of granulation process is optimized in each case. The stirrers can also be replaced quickly and easily.

Octagonal Blender

The container is brought close to the blender on special trolley having lifting arrangement. This lifting pallet ensures that the container is lifted and is aligned with the transition piece fixed with the blender outlet butterfly valve. This transition piece mouth is clamped with the outer periphery of the container using special type of clamps. Now after clamping the container (100 lits) the blender is inched till the container is vertically inverted over the blender. Now once the container reaches upward inverted position, the butterfly valve is made to open by special hand wheel so that entire content of the container gets unloaded into the blender. Once it becomes empty, the valve is closed and container is brought again downward by rotating the blender again by 180oC and another container is fixed and raised and in similar way and this way entire powder content is unloaded. By this method material is loaded in batches of 50 kg each.

PASTE MANUFACTURING KETTLE

Paste preparation kettle is a semi-hemispherical jacketed bowl having two shaft extensions exactly opposite, which are fixed in Plummer block bearings. This jacketed bowl has connections for steam inlet / drain and also for steam pressure. When electric heating is to be used this jacket is filled with oil and that is heated by electric heater dipped inside the jacket.

Depending upon the user requirement, paste preparation kettle has anchor or stirrer for stirring. On the shaft extension of the kettle, there is a worm and worm wheel which is turned for rotation of the paste kettle when someone wants to empty the kettle.

Water is put inside the paste kettle bowl for heating and after it gets heated, starch or other binders are added to make a binder or paste. This paste is to be then used for wet granulation process in equipments like High shear mixers (RMG) or in Fluid bed granulators.

MINI COTA (Semi automatic Spray coating Machine)is mainly designed to replace the conventional method of manual coating of tablets and granules. Mini cota is comprised of pressure vessel whish can be provided with S.S. jacket (for Sugar Coating) with controlled heaters, safety valve, pneumatic stirrer (Oscillating type) , spraying nozzles and compact control panel with Pneumatic cylinder for intermittent spray with timer.
