we are offering 200kw renewable energy biomass gasification power plant there are three important factors that will affect the efficiency of the system and its normaloperation. one is the fuel consumption per kwh; the other is the purification rate of ash and tarin the gas; another one is the size of engine and model. in order to reduce the fuelconsumption and improve the rate of purification of ash and tar we do the followingimprovement to improve the efficiency of our existing system:provide air pre-heater, reduce amount of air and enhance caloricity of biomass gas andgenerate energy, reduce fuel consumption and cooling water consumption.provide tar fiber filter, reduce engine maintenance time, increase generating electricitytime and enhance benefit.provide computer monitoring control panel if required, reduce the biomass gas loss andreduce to operate, and then electricity generation cost.for the ash residue of burned materials, it can be used to produce white carbon black, activated carbon and machanical carbon, which can make comprehensive use of recyclingenergy and helpful to harmonious development of human being and nature.change wet type gas cooling and cleaning system into a new cooling and cleaningsystem .the new cooling and cleaning system is made up of shell and tube type tar & acetumcondenser that doesn't contact with water directly, gas-water separator and gas fine filter.from this system we can recover tar and acetum, which is better for environment.
