In order to realize highly efficient biomass pyrolysis gasification to met the needs of fluidized burning in
furnace, for some discarded biomass fuel such as crop straw, pruned fruit tree branch, twig timber, chip
from timber processing factory etc, they must be broken up and desiccation-processing. Among the
equipments, for which to be used for broken-up, crushing, desiccation, drying, transportation etc. Can be
supplied as per the customers' real needs.
For those equipment with big dimensions and which are hard to be transported such as fuel tank, gas tank,
ash storeroom, over-ground sediment pool etc, they can be made on spot according to the drawing
provided by the company or be supplied in a complete in a way of disassembling and assembling by the
company.
Provide air pre-heater, reduce amount of air and enhance caloricity of biomass gas and
generate energy, reduce fuel consumption and cooling water consumption.
Provide tar fiber filter, reduce engine maintenance time, increase generating electricity
time and enhance benefit.
Provide computer monitoring control panel if required, reduce the biomass gas loss and
reduce to operate, and then electricity generation cost.
For the ash residue of burned materials, it can be used to produce white carbon black,
activated carbon and machanical carbon, which can make comprehensive use of recycling
energy and helpful to harmonious development of human being and nature.
Change wet type gas cooling and cleaning system into a new cooling and cleaning
system .The new cooling and cleaning system is made up of shell and tube type tar & acetum
condenser that doesn't contact with water directly, gas-water separator and gas fine filter.
From this system we can recover tar and acetum, which is better for environment.
