It's proven that the distribution of various particle sizes in the ore-flow production process follows the normal distribution regularity. Small and large particles seldom appear, but medium ones do appear often. The up-down moving detection head has no chance to hit small particles when ore-flow is flowing through its head. Large particles are easy to first hit and measure, however, this probability is quite low, thus most of the hit particles are medium. This analyzer usually follows statistical rules, because enough survey data can be gathered, allowing it to be computed to reduce error and increase accuracy. The result will be measured in real time by the use of the mathematical model.
