ApplicationThe mineral product flotation machine is widely used in ferrous metal such as copper, lead, zinc, nickel, and molybdenum and black metal and non-ferrous metal mineral for rough sizing, selection and counter-flotation process work.Working principleThe ore slurry and medicament go to the bottom cell of the first room after their full mix. The impeller revolves forming negative pressure in the cavity, making the slurry in the bottom and inside of the cell going to the mixed zone from the up and down absorbing entrance of the impeller, and the air going to the mixed zone through guide sleeve. The air, slurry and medicament have a complete mix. Under the centrifugal force of the impeller, mixed ore slurry flow to the mineralization zone, and damaged air formed bubble contact with the granules form the mined bubble. Under the influence of stator and Turbulence boardthese bubbles, uniformly covering the cell section, move upward to the separate zone , gather to become layer and finally discharge from shaving facility, the fine powder bubble produced. Those non-mineralized granules mix, mineralize and separate again through the cycle hole and the up entrance. Partial slurry which is not absorbed by the impeller goes to the second bottom cell through the middle ore box. After finishing the second then entering the third, the floatation machine work again and again, and through the last ore box the tailings produced.Characteristics : 1. The Flotation Machine has the advantages of large air-absorption capacity and low consumption. Each cell owns three functions: air absorption, slurry absorption, and floatation separation, and the cells form a floatation separation loop by itself without any auxiliary equipment, and it deposits horizontally, which favors the change of flow.2. The circulation of mineral slurry is reasonable, and can avoid the disposition of coarse sand to the largest extent. There is self-control device on the surface of mineral slurry, so it is easy to adjust it.
