Aerated concrete can be produced with different technologies according to the type, quality and equipment of the raw materials. Usually, we add water to pulverized fuel ash or silica sand and grind them into slurry. Then they are injected into the molding with powdered lime, moderate cement, plaster and vesicant added and after blending. After foaming and solidification, they are cut into building blocks and plank stuffs of various specifications. Then, they are transported into the still kettle by the steam curing machine, and become the light and porous aerated concrete products after the maintenance of high-temperature saturated vapor.Flow of the Production:Storage hopper---batching---add water to the raw materials and stir---molding---pouring---foaming and delaying curing---demolding---overturn and horizontal and vertical cutting---classify and into the still kettle---maintenance with high temperature and pressure---finished product out of the still little---check the finished productspacking---stacker storage---leave the factory
