This machine (with lumped loading device) is adopted to produce compact conductor of long bare aluminum wire, copper wires and acsr. It is also used to produce sector compressed stranding conductor and round compressed drawing conductor. The main technical characteristics of the machine is that its bobbins are evenly located circularly (four equal degree dividing) around the cage. It is easy to load and unload due to lumped loading device, the position-setting is both correct and reliable, the rigidity and strength of the machine is high, the general performance of the machine is good. Its rotating inertia is small and running speed is very high. The machine is driven by 36 variable steps drive gear-box, with dual active, dual hauling capstan, its haul force is so strong , the wire distributing collar adopt natural wire distribution for preventing abrasion damage of wire cores when stranding. Wire pay-off tension is controlled pneumatically to guarantee constant tension in full loaded bobbin or empty bobbin. There is a special automatic emergency stop device in case of wire break. The device can control directly every pay-off bobbin in the cage .when wire-broken, the entire machine will automatically stop at once. The machine is suitable for long length, big across-area xlpe cable production.
