Halogen-free flame retardant dedicated in epoxy resin and electronic industry organic aluminum salt flame retardant containing phosphorus is white powder, small grain size, with high hyhobicity, high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is mainly applied to engineering plastics such as polyester (pet, pbt) and nylon (glass fiber reinforced), ultrathin adhesives, flexible epoxy laminated printed circuit board, tpe (tpee, tpu and peba). I has excellent flame retardant efficiency with nitrogenous flame retardants. Halogen-free flame retardant dedicated in epoxy resin and electronic industry. A.8002 has lighter particle diameter, can be applied to multiple application area of epoxy resin and electronic industry, such as functional adhesive for electric and electronic, electronic tag, flame retardant ink, epoxy resin electronic potting adhesive, label adhesive and so on. It can meet the strictest flame retardant standard. B.due to its special design of particle size distribution, 8002 especially can be applied to high-end application area, such as ultrathin flexible copper clad laminate (fccl), ffc insulating film, ffc reinforcement plate and epoxy resin copper clad laminate (ccl), which require halogen-free flame retardant, and have high requirement to various of electrical properties and thermal stability. C.8002 can be added individually, also can be use simultaneously with other halogen-free flame retardants and inorganic filler, to get higher halogen-free flame retardant effect and better integrated performance of electricity, machining, heat resistance and so on. Stirring in high speed can achieve the best dispersion effect of the flame retardant after adding.

Halogen-free organic phosphorus flame retardant dedicated in plastic organic aluminum salt flame retardant containing phosphorus is white powder with high hyhobicity, high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is mainly applied to engineering plastics such as polyester (pet, pbt) and nylon (glass fiber reinforced), epoxy laminated printed circuit board. It has excellent flame retardant efficiency with nitrogenous flame retardant. A.8001 can be applied to printed circuit board of halogen-free flame retardant epoxy resin laminated board, be the same with flexible printed circuit board. B.8001 can be applied to halogen-free flame retardant pbt, pet. It can be used alone, or compounded with mpp or mca. C.8001 can be used compounding with mpp or mca, to applied to halogen-free flame retardant pa6 and pa66. D.halogen-free flame retardant pa666 can usually reach ul94v-0 (thickness of 1.6-1.8mm) with 15% 8001 added. E.8001 is especially suitable for high-end application products which have strict requirement to halogen-free flame retardant and electrical properties. F.8001 can also be applied to halogen-free flame retardant modification of halogen-free flame retardant special high-end cable, hot melt adhesive, coating, sealant and other thin wall material parts, which all have good surface quality, dispersibility, hydrolytic resistance, non mobility resistance, comprehensive mechanical properties and so on.

It is mainly applied to engineering plastics such as pet, pbt (glass fiber reinforced and unreinforced) . It has excellent flame retardant efficiency with nitrogenous flame retardants. A.8003 especially can be applied to pbt, pet. It suits glass fiber reinforced pbt, pet and unreinforced pbt, pet. Flame retardant pbt and pet show good physical and electrical properties. B.glass fiber reinforced pbt products usually can reach flame retardant requirement ul94 v-0 (thickness of 1.6mm) with adding 13-16% (by weight) 8003 and additional nitrogenous flame retardants in it.

A.8005 especially can be applied to raw white halogen-free flame retardant of high glass fiber content reinforced nylon series (pa 6 etc). B.8005 has better adaption to processing technology and equipment, and flame retardant performance is efficient and very stable. C.addition of 8005 is lower. Generally separately adding 1418 parts can reach v-01.6mm. D.8005 also can be small amount compounded with efficient halogen-free flame retardant (synergist) agent, to further improve comprehensive mechanical and electric properties, and satisfy some increasingly demanding terminal application requirements of plastic modification industry.

Flame Retardant Chemical

We are offering flame retardant chemical. Organic zinc salt flame retardant containing phosphorus is white powder with high temperature resistance and non-migration. It will be melt under high temperature that is benefit for melt blending with polymer, but wont block spinneret orifice. It is especially applied to the halogen-free flame retardant of pet fiber fabric and pet thin film system, and has good compatibility with matrix resin. It can also be applied to injection moulding of pbt and pet. It has excellent flame retardant efficiency with 8004 and nitrogenous flame retardants. A.8012 can be applied to produce permanent flame retardant polyester such as polyester chip, filament, short fiber, thin film and so on. The produced flame retardant polyester chips have good performance in hue, spinnability, fibre strength and chromaticity. It can do spinning process through any spinning system. It has good thermostability, so it will not decompose in spinning process, and there is no peculiar smell at the scene of the spinning. It can improve antistatic property of polyester production. It is applied to each application area of conventional pet and pbt. B.8012 has prominent flame retardant efficiency, especially to polyester. It is used in the application of injection molding and fiber. Its addition in pet is about 510%. When the addition is 5%, the limit oxygen index (loi) of the flame retardant material can reach more than 30%. When 1015% 8012 and 1015% nitrogenous flame retardants such as mpp, mca are mixed in pbt, the material can reach ul94v-0 (thickness of 1.6 and 0.8mm). C.8012 can melt in the temperature of above 200, then mix with the melted polyester.

We are offering flame retardant chemical. 8018 is a new kind of phosphorus halogen-free flame retardant, which is white powder, slightly soluble in water and with good flame retardant property. It can be mainly applied in acrylic emulsion coating. It has good dispersity, washing durability and high thermal decomposition temperature. 8018 makes acrylic emulsion have good flame retardant property when it is scattered in acrylic emulsion. If 8018 is used cooperatively with other flame retardants for acrylic emulsion coating, it can not only reach higher grade flame retardant efficiency, but also solve the phenomenon of coatings getting damp and sticky because of other flame retardants. 8018 is the best choice to apply to acrylic coating at present.
