We are offering hot deterring gas station of two stage gasifier.coal gasifier, also called gas generator, is energy-saving and environmental protection equipment with air and steam mixture as gasifying agent and coal as fuel. In the gasifier hearth, coal and gasifying agent have oxidation-reduction reaction at high temperature and coal gas mainly consists of co and h2 is produced. It is widely used in many fields such as metallurgy, ceramic, glass -making, non-ferrous metal, chemical industry, refractory material, machinery, etc. Our coal gasifier is characterized by high capacity, complete gasification and better coal adaptability, high gas calorific value, easy operation and strong safety performance. It is widely used in many industries. The technological flow: up-stage gas gets into electrostatic precipitator, which work temperature is between 90150c, where the tar fog-drops and dusts are polarized and then influxed on inside wall of polar tube, and finally flows automatically to tar pool. Firstly, down-stage gas gets into the cyclone dust remover and remover and centrifugally separated. The temperature is lowered to about 450550c. Up-stage gas is mixed with down-stage gas and then sent to user.
