Conventional activated sludge technology, is also called general activated sludge technology or plug flow activated sludge technology. It is the earliest technology applied successfully, and other activated sludge technologies were developed base on it. 5. Biological contact oxidation technology, is a typical biological film technology, but also with activated sludge process treatment mechanism.
