To guarantee the quality of our goods, all the material must get through laboratory tests before go into our factory. 2). Allocate the material according to a certain proportion. 3). Put the material into pot by liquid alkali pump. 4). Heating continuously and stop it till 180 degree, precipitate for 1 hour, that is for wipping out the impurities. 5). Continue to heat, then put a good amount of sulphur and sodium nitrate for colour mixing, precipitate again for 2 hours and keep warm with samll fire. 6). Put them into caustic soda flakes molding machine (for caustic soda flakes );put them into caustic soda pearls molding machine (for caustic soda pearls)7). Cooling, packaging and put into the warehouse.
