3.the production process
all of our caustic soda are made from ionic membrane liquid alkali and diaphragm liquid alkali.
1). To guarantee the quality of our goods, all the material must get through laboratory tests before go into our factory.
2). Allocate the material according to a certain proportion.
3). Put the material into pot by liquid alkali pump.
4). Heating continuously and stop it till 180 degree, precipitate for 1 hour, that is for wipping out the impurities.
5). Continue to heat, then put a good amount of sulphur and sodium nitrate for colour mixing, precipitate again for 2 hours and keep warm with samll fire.
6). Put them into caustic soda flakes molding machine (for caustic soda flakes );
put them into caustic soda pearls molding machine (for caustic soda pearls)
7). Cooling, packaging and put into the warehouse.
