Hermoplastic road marking paint consists of a light colored aggregate (silica sand), white pigment (titanium dioxide), glass beads, binders, filler material (calcium carbonate), eva and they are all held together with a thermoplastic resin. Thermoplastic paint is a long service life road marking material which is solid powder condition with good stability in storage under normal temperature. Dry thermoplastic paint is heated in a thermoplastic paint preheater with a temperature of 180220 and agitated continuously until a liquid condition is achieved, then transferring the liquid thermoplastic paint into a paint tank of thermoplastic road marking machine for road marking. The liquid thermoplastic paint will be marked onto the road surface and form thermoplastic lines. When the temperature of liquid thermoplasitc lines is cooled to normal condition, the thermoplastic lines will turn into hard with a good wear resistance and pressure resistance.
