It is an innovative multi-disk layered sludge dewatering machine, effective to low concentration sludge and oily sludge.Low energy consumption, easy operation.

Working principle : Pumps wastewater into the dewatering machine, sludge moves to the cake outlet under the pressure of the helical aixs blades.As the gap between helical blades get narrower, sludge bear heavier pressure and begin to dewatering.Water flows out from the space between fixed plates and moving plates.
