Summary This series mineral thickener is a new designed center drive automatic rake efficient thickener. It is suitable for concentrate and tailings dehydration process in dressing plant, and has been widely used for concentrated dehydration processing of slime, waste water and waste residue in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry, building materials, environmental protection and other departments. Center drive auto rake sedimentation thickener is the main equipment of dewatering in mineral dressing plants, it apply hydraulic drive and frequency control with the features of automatic rake lifting and dropping. it can be used for dewatering beneficiation ore and gangue in wet-type mineral dressing, it  s also widely used for concentrating and purifying liquid materials in ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, rare metal, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, nonmetallic dressing, environmental protection and other industries. Working principle Thickeners use slowly rotating rake arms to separate solid particulate. A liquid feed with suspended solids is fed into a tank with a diameter of 5 to 500 feet. As the particles settle, angled rake arms move the concentrated slurry toward the center of the tank, where it is removed. Clear liquid overflows the top of the tank and is collected in a trough. This thickener consists of round thickener and harrow scrapping machine, the solid particles suspend in thickener settling by gravity, the pulp in the upper turn into clean water, so that the separation can be realized.  Slime that sediment in the bottom of the thickener is discharged by the harrow scrapping continuously, and clean overflow from the upside.

NXB series inclined plate thickener is made of sheet steel for shell , the upper part is rhomboid, and the interior is installed with inclined parallel plates. The bottom part is shaped into conical works to collect the precipitate. The slurry flow through a narrow groove along the entire width of the box into the center of inclined plated during operation, and then flows upward through concentrated boards. Supernatant overflow discharge from the upper tank, and sediment will sliding down from the concentrate plate. Deposited into the lower pyramid part of this inclined plate thickener . And the sediment will discharged from the bottom discharge pipe . The inclined plates thickener has the same work principle with traditional thickener. Both are utilizing gravity sedimentation to separate the solid particles from the slurry, and its sedimentation occurs in the empty cavity of each inclined plates. The tilt between the plates spacing is small and easy to form streamline flow. And solid particles settling requires only a small distance to fall into the plate and then slipped along the inclined plate, so the effective size of the settlement is ten times than that of the original equipment area.
