Bevel gears drive two screw and nut systems same time and same speed, this ensures bridge two ends move in same speed. dimensional stone block is cut directly on the ground instead of on a trolley. It not only increases stone block stability during cutting process, but also greatly reduces whole machine maintenance cost.

The blade holder sliding rails on the bridge is machined by high-precision machining center to ensure small clearance, which resulting in accurate blade cutting and smooth slab surface. the two ends of the bridge are attached to pillars and the attaching force is adjustable. There is a lead screw and nut system inside each pillar for bridge liftinglowering movement. When the motor on top of this machine runs and transfers force through a long steel bar and two pairs of bevel gear system to drive two lead screws inside pillars, the bridge goes up and down. the worktable has four heavy duty wheels to bear the weight of large stone block and runs on steel rails. The top of this worktable can rotate 360 for easy angle cutting on a stone piece. When the worktable top has been turned to a required cutting angle, then it can be locked for stable cutting.
