We offer Granite Slab Polishing Machine.MGLX-9 automatic granite slab polishing machine is designed for automatic continuous grinding and polishing of granite slabs 600-1200mm wide. The polishing head working width and working pressure is adjustable in certain range, according to the granite slab condition. The conveyer belt running speed and polishing beam swinging speed are also adjustable by frequency converter, according to the granite slab condition. MGLX-9 automatic granite polishing machine can memorize the shape of each piece slab entering the machine, then polishing heads lift and lower automatically to polish the slabs according to their individual shapes memorized. Meanwhile, the polishing process is recorded by the machine. PLC control system is used, operator can easily pre-set slab polishing parameters by the user-friendly LCD touch screen. Machine working error alarm system and abrasive consumption alarm system are equipped to monitor polishing performance. This machine uses resin polishing wheel which is light and consume less electric power. Only 1-2 operators are required for the machine operation, low human labour force cost. Each polishing machine is equipped with slab loading and unloading roller trolleys. Cross cutter is supplied only at customer request.
