There are one set of consumable electrode vacuum furnace with 3000kg capacity, one set of consumable electrode furnace with 200kg capacity, two sets of skull crucibles with 500 kg capacity, and one set of skull crucibles with 800kg capacity. And also there are vacuum annealing furnace and glow ion nitrogen furnace to improve the performance of the casting. There is a professional production line of graphite mold machining and mold melting precise casting. Besides, dozens of vacuum degassing furnaces and firing furnaces greatly increase the efficiency. The company has the physical-chemical inspection center with direct reading spectrometer, carbon-sulfur analyzer, metallurgical microscope, tensile testing machine, impact testing machine and other inspecting and testing equipment, ultrasonic flaw detector, x-ray detection and other nondestructive examination (nde) equipments, and also the professional technicians ready for the inspection. The physical-chemical center has got the secondary inspection qualification to strongly guarantee the product quality
