We are offering titanium valve, zirconium valve, hatelloy valve, duplex valve, stainless steel globe valve. Range of pressure level: 1.642.0mpa (150 2500lb)range of diameter: 15400mm (12 16)the company has more than 542 sets of production and machining equipments, and is the only one enterprise for having vacuum casting equipment in national pump and valve industry. The production line includes a complete set of vacuum melting and casting equipment, such as vacuum cooling-shell furnace, vacuum arc remelting furnace, vacuum degassing furnace, vacuum annealing furnace, etc to produce titanium, zirconium, hafnium and nickel with high corrosion resistant material. The annual production capacity is more than 100t of titanium castings. Meanwhile, it also has several nc lathes, nc boring machines, nc milling machines, large vertical lathe with digital display, large vertical lathe (turning diameter 2.5m), large arc-submerging welder ( welding diameter 1.4m), cnc plasma consumable electrode bead welder, mechanical properties tensile strength and impact strength testing machine, bend-testing machine as well as ion nitriding furnace, high-frequency quenching furnace, medium frequency induction melting furnace and heating treatment equipment which had greatly strengthened the processing abilities of pump and valve products in our company.
