Pipeline ball valve is full bore ball valve, it is included floating ball valve and trunnion ball valve, it cover low pressure(150lb) to high pressure(2500lb), it is widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical and other pipe which is need free pressure-drop or long-distance pipeline cleaning. All pipeline ball valve are designed as per api 6d, and fire test as per api 6fa standard. It is with spring loaded seat to ensure good tightness under low differential pressure and low operation torque requirement. Special seat design for low temperature or high temperature application is available.

We are offering trunnion ball valve. Trunnion mounted ball valve is a two-piece or three-piece body. It is designed as per api 6d and fire tested as per api 6fa, applicable for various applications in oil and natural gas industry. It is with fire safe, blow-out proof shaft, anti-static and no emission design. Spring loaded seat design to ensure good tightness under low differential pressure with low operation torque requirement. Special seat design for low temperature or high temperature application is available.

We are offering floating ball valve. Floating ball valve is in two-piece body, floating ball and end entry design. Two pieces valve body are bolted by flange. It is designed as per api 608 and fire tested as per api 607. Sealing materials available for various pressure and temperature ranges are teflon, ppl, peek, delrin, etc. It is with fire proof, blow-out proof, anti-static design, with locking device and iso 5211 mounting plate for easy mounting of gear, pneumatic and electric actuators.
