Our Products
Our product range contains a wide range of PP Chips, Nylon 6 Chips, fiber flax fiber, Brown Flax Fiber and raw bamboo fiber
Polyethylene Terephthalate Chips are the basic materials of plastics or polymers. contingent on handling – in raw material Pet chips, PET exists as both shapeless (transparent) commonly known as Bright or Super Bright Chips and as a semi-crystalline material generally known as PET Semi-Dull Chips. PET Chips are used to create PET Film. PET (polyethylene terephthalate) chips are created by granulating polyester obtained in a polycondensation reaction of pure Terephthalic acid and Monoethylene glycol. They are used to make yarns and fibers in various lustres such as semi-dull, full-dull, and bright lustre. Cotton farmers in developing countries, including India, often lose out due to an ineffective supply chain strategy. Approximately 100 million households participate in cotton production, with around 300 million workers supporting the sector through services like transportation, ginning, baling, and storage. Farmers confront numerous challenges, from climate change to low seed cotton prices, which hinder their ability to earn a stable income. They also compete against heavily subsidized producers in developed countries and face unfavorable trade policies.
PTT fiber is a futuristic substitute for polymer fabric and has an increasing demand across the globe. Due to it’s natural and comfortable feel, great tension, and elasticity, it can be dyed at a low temperature. They are highly washable as well. They can be used for blended yarns with natural fibers such as wool. It combines various characteristics such as softness and performance of the nylon elasticity, as well as the fluffiness of acrylic fiber. Unlike polyester, it is eco-friendly and sustainable.

Nylon 6 chips are obtained by hydrolytic polymerization of Caprolactam in the presence of Dicarboxylic acids as a chain regulator. This results in subsequent processing of the polymer melting into a chip form. Later, low molecular weight portions are extracted from the chip with water and subsequent drying.
