Sleeve wrapper with Shrink tunnel
Sleeve wrapper with Shrink tunnel are used to pack heavy products. The film used in this application is LDPE or LLDPE shrink film . In this machine , two rolls of film are used and automation un-winding system is a special type of knife sealer, which seals and cuts the film with uniformity and consistently. Air cooling is used for cooling the seal . Sleeve wrappers are usually combined with heavy duty shrink tunnels for better ourtput and packaging results.
Shrink Tunnel
These compact and user- friendly shrink tunnels are used to pack products using PVC/ POF/ LDPE Shrink films. The basic features of turnels are variable speed Drive to control the speed of the conveyor , High velocity air cutter blower or uniform airflow system , faster heater system , and variable temperature control.
Some of the other optional feature which are available are silicon sleeves for the conveyor rods , full stainless steel construction , variable speed drive for the blower, in feed and out - feed extension conveyor , Mesh type conveyor , Roller type. Teflon belt conveyor etc.
