Automatic L-Sealer is a state of art machine with international safety features for high productivity and minimal labour involvement in the packaging . The products to be packed have to be placed on the in feed conveyor manually or can be connected to the production line . The film unwinding is a motorized system using fractional power geared motors . The Sealing system is hot knife type used for high quality sealing and cutting, latest of its kind. The machine is PLC controlled with 2 programs either photo eyes or timers to control length . The machine has a in built safety protection and alarm.

L-Sealer with tunnel is a packaging systems in which 2 machines are used or shrink packaging of products using POF / LDPE Shrink film , L-Sealer is combined with a shrink tunnel . the two machines are combined as one unit for maximum and faster productivity . The product to be wrapped is inserted into the film and sealing is done . After sealing , the product moves to the shrink tunnel , with the help of auto take - off system . The Film shrinks inside the tunnel ata set temperature and speed of travel.

CARTONS / LABEL CODER

Automatic feeding , compact & high speed coder for accurate registered printing , Label / Cartons stack is fed automatically by slant magazine & picked up by rubber friction insert, fed to timing chain at variable speeds. Oscillating distributor roller spreads ink evenly on the ink roll for uniform printing.

Continuous band sealer can seal plastic films made from various materials which is widely used in fields of food, medicine , chemicals , daily use & vegetables seeds, etc. It is ideal sealing equipment for packaging batch products in factories & shops . Both vertical and horizontal models are available with pack size from 50gms to 10kgs pouch weight.
