Payment Terms: Irrevocable, transferable, confirmed, divisible L/C 100 % at sight against presentation of shipping documents of shipping ports.
Documents: The Seller shall provide Buyer through negotiating and opening banks with the following documents:
Certificate of Quantity indicating actual weight at the loading port issued by S.G.G.
Seller's Commercial Invoice as per the Sales and Purchase Contract.
Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
*Legalization if needed shall be paid for by the Buyer
