Self Supported Pillar Mounted Type

• Capacity from 250 kgs. To 5000 kgs.
• Std. Span Up to 6 mtrs.
• 360 degree rotation.
• Designed plants assembly is secured by mean of anchor bolts to prescribed reinforced concrete foundation with the number of anchor bolts varying with the capacity of the crane.
• The pipe column is designed to give max. strength and min. defection to resist bending, buelsling and crushing.
• The top bearing assembly utilities tapered roller bearing, provided with grease fitting for proper lubrication.

Single / Double Girder type Gantry / Goliath Cranes

Capacity : Single Girder crane up to 20 ton.Double Girder Crane up to 100 ton.Span : Up to 30 mtrs.Long travel speed : Up to 20 mtrs / min.Cross travel speed : UP to 15 mtrs / min.

Design

Steel Construction

Structural steel are used in the manufacturing of crane conforming to IS 2062 or equivalent.

Bridge Girder

The bridge girder is fabricated from RSJ / Box type construction in the manufacturing. The maximum deflection of the bridge girder is limited to span / 1000 of the live loads. Bridge girder designed to sustain stress creating due to vertical & cateral forces with impact.

End Carriages / End Trucks

• End carriages are fabricated from rolled steelsection / plate with adequate diaphragms & stiffeners to give a rigid construction. The girderwiththe gusset plates are set on end carriages joined with bolt in rimmed holes, rubber buffer are provided on both the side of end carriages for abhorring the jerks.
• Twindrive arrangements will be provided for L.T. motions, central drive arrangement also available on request.

Hoisting Machine

The hoisting machinery / crab is designed with IS 3938 in modular construction which simplifies repair & maintenance consist of a CRANOIST heavy duty industries type std. wire rope hoist.

Controls

• The crane is controlled from pendent push button station is suspended from one end of bridge at a suitable height from the floor level with stepped down voltage of 110v, 24v.
• Dust proof powder coated sheet metal housing consists of contactors overload relays fuses, transformers etc.
• Emergency stop button in all cranes to shutting of the power to the main connectors.

Motors & Brakes

• The motors used are specially crane duty suitable for frequent starting, reversing and braking in accordance with IS 225.
• All trolley are drive motors have suitable AC / DC / brakes as std. equipments with smooth running properties.

Optional Features

Following features shall be supplied on request.

• Micro speed arrangement through frequency inverters / variable frequency drives.
• Cable festooned system or shrouded bus bar system.
• Warming horn.
• Bridge lights.
• Cabin operated through master controller.

Cranoist cage hoist has been specially designed for lifting the material safely. Goods cage are provided with collapsible gate & goods cage are guided by supporting guide structuremembers. Cranoist hoist are used for hoisting & lowering the goods cage. Interlocking system & limit switches are provided for lifting the material safely.
