The TUF – 2000H flow meters carefully designed so that it is very compact and easy to use. A user can use one hand to hold as well as operate the flow meter main unit. APPLICATION
ORIFICE PLATE FLOW METER
Orifice plate is used for flow rate measuring in pipe systems. With orifice plate, pressure drop is created. Based on the magnitude of pressure drop, flow rate can be calculated. Orifice plate calculator can be used for both liquids and gases. Fluid is considered as in-compressible, so density (rho) and temperature (T) are constant through tube. Also, gas is considered as ideal.
Suitable for liquids, gases and steam applications in line sizes from Dn15 to Dn200 and at pressures up to 100 bars, it combines all the major components needed for an orifice plate installation in one assembly. This eliminates the need for users to design, source and install a separate manifold, transmitter and impulse piping, typically cutting the cost of installation and commissioning

MASS FLOW METERA mass flow meter, also known as an inertial flow meter is a device that measures mass flow rate of a fluid trovelling through a tube. The mass flow rate is the mass of the fluid traveling past a fixed point per unit time. The mass flow meter does not measure the volume per unit time (e.g., cubic meters per second) passing through the device; it measures the mass per unit time (e.g., kilograms per second) flowing through the device. Volumetric flow rate is the mass flow rate divided by the fluid density. If the density is constant, then the relationship is simple. If the fluid has varying density, then the relationship is not simple. The density of the fluid may change with temperature, pressure, or composition, for example. The fluid may also be a combination of phases such as a fluid with entrained bubbles. Actual density can be determined due to dependency of sound velocity on the controlled liquid concentration.Measuring Range : 0-150 T/H , Accuracy : +0.20 %

VORTEX FLOW METERA Columnar object is inserted into the fluid. Regular eddies occur alternately on both side of the columnar object. This kind of eddy is called as Kaman vortex. The occurrence frequency is proportional to the flow velocity of liquid, so the vortex frequency is detected by piezoelectric sensor, and the flow rate of fluid may be calculated through the sensor.

“TORQUR” make series 6400 (Full Bore Type) are new range of Bipolar Pulsed DC Full Bore type Electromagnetic flow meters. It is suitable for pipes with nominal diameters of DN 10 to DN 600. They are based on faraday’s law of Electromagnetic Induction. The series 6400 meters features flanged construction and is available with choice of liner and electrode materials. Series 6400 has excellent accuracy and flow range ability. The meter is suitable for use on wide range of corrosive and aggressive range of conductive liquids.
