Refrigeration system : An eco-friendly refrigerant (R-134) is used in a compressor which satisfies the requirement of CFC free cooling system. Copeland (Emerson) make compressor will be hermetically sealed and coupled with evaporation coil& condenser. A standby refrigeration system will be provided for continuous function during fault
Air circulation : To get an uniform temperature a centrifugal blower connected to a motor will blow the steam & air from up to down, controlled by PLC
Heating system : SS. U shaped nichrome wire
Insulation : 80 mm sheet of PUF (Poly Urethane Foam)
Trays : Stainless steel perforated or wire mesh as per the requirement. Trays will be adjustable as per sample size
Illumination : LED light is provided for bright illumination and low power consumption
