- Control system : Allen Bradley PLC controlling temperature and humidity. Also connected to IOT device to access chamber via mobile
- Humidity system : A steam generation tank followed by a reservoir water tank generates steam and make a non-condensing steam injection system to the chamber
- Refrigeration system : An eco-friendly refrigerant (R-134) is used in a compressor which satisfies the requirement of CFC free cooling system. Copeland (Emerson) make compressor will be hermetically sealed and coupled with evaporation coil& condenser
- Air circulation : To get an uniform temperature & humidity a centrifugal blower connected to a motor will blow the steam & air from up to down, controlled by PLC
- Heating system : SS. U shaped nichrome wire
- Insulation : 80 mm sheet of PUF (Poly Urethane Foam)
- Trays : Stainless steel perforated or wire mesh as per the requirement. Trays will be adjustable as per sample size
- Illumination : LED light is provided for bright illumination and low power consumption
- Fault Indications : Audio visual indication is provided for all types of fault occur in the chamber
- Validation port : A 60 mm port hole sealed with silicon rubber is provided on the side wall of chamber for validation purpose
- Sensors : Hygroflex sensor to sense both temperature and humidity
- Software : CDAQ complying 21 CFR part 11
