In 2010, Deepshikha Castings Pvt Ltd began its operation, in this short span we have not only created name that stands out for quality and commitment but also established extremely good relations with our customers and suppliers, we have ventured into new territories by creating demand for our products. Three tough years of trial and turbulence provided enough strength to cope up with the slum market where others scrambled and bowed down.
deepshikha is a company founded in response to a need for a specialist foundry with excellent standards influencing every aspects of our business flexible enough to provide high levels of customer service with the technical niche at competitive price.
today, deepshikha has grown from a base of 30 employees operating out 150 mt per month to 75 employees churning 350 mt per month and is on the way of becoming the most advanced specialist foundry group in vidarbha region – we have untiring dedication and passion for quality, service excellence and timely delivery in everything we do.
We use sand moulding system, high efficiency coal based furnaces and both shell and cold-box core making. We also have in-house tooling manufacture and heat-treatment furnaces, as well as the latest spectrographic alloy analyzer, round out the foundry equipment.
the company also has machining capability and specializes in finishing holder, bracket, hand pumps and ginning machinery parts.
The management and technical staffs of deepshikha casting pvt. Ltd. Have more than 15 years of experience to manufacture wide range of cast iron products. Our team also acquired the much-needed exposure of technical know-how from well-established organization. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.
