Corrugation Selection Machine
  • Machine body is cast iron casted and machined.
  • We are using AC motor with gear box coupled together with VFD system.
  • For maintenance motor is easy and panel is easy available in any area of the word.
  • Corrugation roll is manufactured by high grade steel, heat treatment on full body, surface hardened and teeth grinded on CNC profile grinding machine and hard chrome plated.
  • The roll is balanced and equally heated in full length we get equal pressure on flute profile without wastes of the paper.
  • The rolls can be used for many years without re-grinding.
  • The roller bush is lubricated with motorised automatic oil pump to give long life to bush and rollers.
  • We use good quality rolls for cooling pad flute and angel for best output of cooling pad as compare to any other brand. Cooling pad Fluting and angling is most important part of manufacturing for good quality cooling pad.
