Corrugation roll is manufactured by high grade steel, heat treatment on full body, surface hardened and teeth grinded on CNC profile grinding machine and hard chrome plated.
The roll is balanced and equally heated in full length we get equal pressure on flute profile without wastes of the paper.
The rolls can be used for many years without re-grinding.
The roller bush is lubricated with motorised automatic oil pump to give long life to bush and rollers.
