Our Products
Our product range contains a wide range of Skim Crepe Rubber, Polybutadiene Rubber, Styrene Butadiene Rubber, Latex Rubber and Styrene Butadiene Rubber 1712
Skim Crepe is a crinkly lace rubber, obtained when coagulated latex or any form of field coagulum (tree lace, scrap etc.) is passed several times through heavy rolls called crepers and then air dried at ambient temperatures. We deal in Skim Crepes of various estates and processors like HML, Arasu, New Ambadi etc.
Polybutadiene Rubber (BR) is manufactured through solution polymerizationof 1, 3-butadiene with nickel catalyst. Along with SBR, it is one of the widely used synthetic rubber products because it shows high wear resistance, elasticity, aging resistance and water resistances. Major application for PBR include tyre treads, tyre carcass and sidewalls, under-treads, cycle tyres, conveyor belts, sportswear, golf balls, automotive components, conveyor belts and shoe heels and soles. PBR is also well suited for the production of flexible rollers and mechanical goods due to its superior elasticity, resilience and abrasion properties. We have PBR of Reliance (Cisamer) and imported from Korea (Kumho) & Iran.
SBR is a synthetic rubber product manufactured by the emulsion polymerizion of styrene and butadiene in low temperature. SBR has far more consistent quality than natural rubber and excellent heat and wear resistance, making it widely used for tires, shoes, and industrial goods. We have SBR 1502 of Kumho Petrochemicals, ISRPL & Reliance Industries.
We are engaged in offering the best quality Latex Rubber highly acclaimed in the market. We have established ourselves in the business of Wholesale Latex Rubber. The Liquid Latex Rubber offered by us has 60% Dry Rubber Contents (DRC) and is manufactured from the natural sources. It is a non- vulcanized liquid rubber used in producing Sports goods, Foam, Footwears, Surgical Gloves etc. We are capable of meeting the bulk requirement of latex rubber at the market leading prices.
We deal in Latex Rubbers of reputed processors like HML, SFCK, Season Latex, RPL, PCK etc.
Silicone rubber offers good resistance to extreme temperatures, being able to operate normally from −80 to 250 °C.
