Soya Lecithin is brownish to light coloured viscous liquid which is obtained while refining of soya oil at water degumming stage. The Lecithin is a mixture of 3 types of phospholipids, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphotidylinositol.
